The immediate water shutoff crisis has passed—lakes and waterfalls are flowing again following an emergency payment authorized by the Greenhills Board on June 6. But the core issue remains unresolved: key financial documents, including the Annual Fixed Costs Budget and meeting minutes, have still not been provided by the Water Resource Council and its agents.

The Water Resource Council has shut off water delivery to the Greenhills lakes, according to a June 4 letter from Pheasant Run’s attorney. The shutdown, which took effect June 2, marks a stunning escalation in the ongoing governance dispute between the Greenhills Master Association and those associated with the  Pheasant Run Golf Course who control the WRC.

By a 4–0 vote, with one abstention, taken at its regular meeting Tuesday (5/20/25), the Board of Directors selected Regency Property Management to assume managing agent duties, with a mandate to uphold community standards and help restore a sense of order and consistency in enforcement. Regency is scheduled to take over on July 15; however, the Board is exploring the possibility of an earlier handover from Unity, if that proves feasible. [Update: July 1st is now the confirmed handover date.]

Greenhills has issued a 60-day Notice of Termination to Unity Property Management. The Board is currently evaluating two finalists as a potential management successor.
